1. Neon One Academy

The starting point for many organizations is the Neon One Academy.

This resource is particularly beneficial for new organizations or staff members transitioning into roles that require the use of the CRM. The Academy offers a collection of videos and step-by-step guides, tailored to various topics, providing essential guidance for effective CRM usage.

2. Live Group Trainings

Neon One Academy also serves as the central hub for live group training options which includes: open office hours, topic-specific group sessions, and the CRM Live Bootcamp. Open Office Hours allow users to pose general questions to a Neon CRM expert, who will demonstrate solutions during the call. For more detailed learning on a specific topic, experts lead group training sessions covering specific processes and topics. 

3. Submit a Ticket

For issues such as functional problems, bugs, or unexpected anomalies, users may need to submit a customer support ticket. To do so, select "Submit a Request" from the top right corner of the Support Center. Users should complete the provided form to describe their issue, after which a customer support team member will reach out to resolve it. The support team is also available to address questions that the Academy or articles may not cover. For complex inquiries, users may be directed to other departments.

4. Neon One Support Center

In addition to the Academy, the Neon One Support Center offers comprehensive articles on all Neon CRM features.These guides offer in-depth instructions on utilizing the database effectively. To access the Support Center, users should select the question mark icon in the top right corner of their Neon CRM instance and choose "Support Center" from the dropdown menu.
