It’s your turn to add objects and text to your venue seat map.
Important Note: Seat Maps and Assigned Seating is a premium feature. If you wish to enable this within your environment, please complete the form that is available inside of the create event flow.
To add Seat Map objects:
1. Log into the CRM.
2. Select Events from the navigation menu.
3. Select Seat Maps from the drop-down menu.
4. Select your venue from the Seat Maps page.
To add objects to your Seat Map:
1. Select the Add Object icon tool in the left menu.
2. Select “Circle” or “Square” from the Object Type drop-down menu.
3. Select the icon you wish to add from the Icon menu.
4. Select a place on the seat map and drag your cursor to create the object.
5. Use the Select icon tool in the left menu to select and move the object into position.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 to add additional objects to your seat map.
To add text to your Seat Map:
Note: Text can clarify the name or type of any object added to the seat map or locate and identify other amenities not represented by an object.
1. Select the Add Text icon tool in the left menu.
2. Use your cursor to select and click a spot on the seat map to add the text. The blue word "Text" will appear, along with the Text pop-up.
3. Change the text to your desired text in the Text field on the Text pop-up.
4. Select a font size from the Font size drop-down menu.
5. Use the Angle slide bar or enter a positive or negative number in the adjacent field to angle the text up to 180 or -180 degrees (optional).
6. Repeat steps 1-5 to add additional text.
To save your work:
1. Select the Save button.
2. Review the Saving Seat Map pop-up for any possible seat map issues and correct as needed.
3. Select the Save Seating Map button.
Congratulations! You have added objects and text to your seat map.
