The Campaigns list page lists all of the campaigns created by your organization. You may click on any campaign to view and edit the campaign's details as needed. To navigate to this page:
1. Select Fundraising from the navigation menu.
2. Select Fundraising Campaigns on the drop-down menu.
The Campaigns list page appears.
This page also allows you to view the details of your campaigns in a number of ways. The various viewing options are as follows:
Compact View |
Selecting the Compact View button ( ) displays a data-only view of your campaign information without any data visualization elements. This is the default view for this page. You may customize the columns that appear in your layout as follows:
1. Select the Configure Columns pencil icon on the top right side of the page above the campaign list. 2. Check and/or uncheck the column(s) you wish to display and/or hide (the Campaign, Total Received, and Status columns are set by default and cannot be hidden). |
Comfortable View |
Selecting the Comfortable View button ( ) changes the page display to contain data visualizations of totals received and totals projected. This view does not allow you to customize the columns that appear in the layout.
|
Hierarchy View |
Selecting the Hierarchy View button ( ) organizes the Campaigns list page by aligning all sub-campaigns, or "child" campaigns, below their "parent" campaign. This nested view allows for ease of viewing of parent/child campaign relationships, as applicable.
|
Data Roll Up |
Selecting the Data Roll Up button ( ) displays the total amount of all child campaigns in a parent campaign's Total Received amount. This view is especially helpful if a parent campaign contains many child campaigns, and/or if you wish to view the total amount collected across all child campaigns, as well as the parent campaign itself.

Active From/Status Filters |
The Active From and Status filter drop-down menus on the left side of the page allow you to select and view active and/or archived campaigns within a specific date range. You have the option to save your filtering options, as needed.
|
Export |
Selecting the Export drop-down menu ( ) allows you to export and download the Campaigns list page data to either a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or a .csv file.
